humor me. how would you deal with a threat that had resurrection, teleportation, and a hell of a lot of durability and shielding?

Resurrection means you can't kill them. Which sounds obvious, but it means you need to avoid doing anything which would. You need to keep them trapped but alive. Imprisoned.

Teleportation makes it harder. That needs to be neutralized somehow. Some field they cannot get through.

Else you need to put them in a state where they can't do anything at all while remaining alive. Enchanted sleep. Or some time power maybe. Some off-worlders have those.
