Entry 1: Who let these badgers in here?! (Text)

[ He'd only been gone for a few minutes...

That's what Eddie told him, anyway. The boy was the only one who saw him get kidnapped by some unholy abomination, and quite frankly the whole ordeal in another world's Krakow actually managed to help clear his name. It felt a bit risky to let the boy in on his newfound secret, but children can be quite imaginative. Shin figured it wouldn't be too much trouble if the boy failed to keep his powers a secret...

He agreed to help the boy find the true culprit soon, and then he could try to go back to his "regular" life.

But then he found a smartphone lying on the work table with some kind of badger app on it... Oh, dear lord... ]

If this is some sort of trap, don't even think about visiting me. I'm not in the mood to be shanghaied again.

I'm not used to being able to commiserate with other people about things like this. It'll take some getting used to.

I suppose I would have felt the same if this thing showed up later. The entire ordeal is not exactly something that happens where I come from.

Doubtful in my case, but that's still a reasonable assumption.
