Can anyone tell me more about Earth? It looks like I'll need to make a planetside visit soon to get to the bottom of something, and our official records are... pretty vague. Comes of most angels not wanting to set foot on the place, I'm sure.

If it helps, we're 6022 years past the Creation of Earth, close to 6023. I believe the prevailing human calendar is at or near 2020? [It's near, not at, but that's never been a relevant calendar to Neriel's interests.]

I am not familiar of a place with the name Earth, but my knowledge of the above ground is rather limited. I think you may be speaking of somewhere far away though. My time keeping has the current date as the 5th of Hammer, 1272.

If you are an angel could you tell me how Zariel is? She seemed quite excited to go home but I worry that her brothers and sisters may not be so welcoming of her.

Do the mythologies you're familiar with include any benevolent entities who have a subclass of messengers and assistants? That's essentially the role we fill. [Of course, whether the Almighty is truly benevolent depends on one's perspective, but Neriel certainly thinks She is.]

That does suggest a possibility of Pestilence's sabbatical wrapping up in a nasty way, though. I'm vanishingly unlikely to become a vector, but there's nothing wrong with being prepared to encourage good practices in those who are.
